That fresh wallet ended up receiving SOL from v2ex.sol <24h ago, which is the dev wallet of v2ex. This means that this fresh wallet is connected to v2ex and any other affiliated wallets with AYx is also tied back to the dev since it's sending out supply

If you look at the FUNDING of the developer wallet, it was funded by AYx . If you go to AYx it only holds 0.5% of $V2ex with nothing else. Afterwards, if you go to SPL transfers outflow and look at the first wallet it sent $V2ex tokens too, its a completely fresh wallet
