Great example of fisher's exact test or 2x2 simulation example that's timely and relevant (COVID19): https://t.co/qaoFbCScC0. Table 2, page 20 of the document) says that 14/20 of infected patients in the trt group tested neg after 6 days, compared to 2/16 in the control group.

Heard a great story on @NPR about a study by @hrw on tracking Salvadorans denied asylum and what happened when they returned. Particularly nice discussion about sampling strategies in violent areas and loss-to-follow up.
