In 2023 .@MayorWeinbrecht said two trolleys Cary bought were returned due to ADA noncompliance. They weren’t. Instead, they were warehoused locally until this summer when they were sold to a California transit agency. my latest for @newsobserver: https://t.co/b2XmAcpIce
