In San Francisco for less than 24 hours, and already had a bad experience. Walking to pier 39 with my wife, 5 big guys standing in the middle of the sidewalk so you had to walk through them, insisted I had to take their rap promo pamphlet. They said I couldn’t refuse because of.

Correct. Taking shoes off inside your house is one thing America should learn from Japan.
Shoes inside is a disgusting practice and unhygienic I think. The outside street is literally dirty with dog feces and other nasty stuff. After living in Asia I permanently changed to always take shoes off inside.

Correct. It's the best. And people who don't have kids think they get it. But they don't.
i can't think of a non-cliche way to say this, but everyone who says having a kid is the best thing in the world is both correct and still somehow understating it.

I don’t get the backlash over this. Maybe I’ve been in Japan too long, so the art style seems tame compared to stuff you see in the convenience stores here. This seems like what I would have expected from xAI.
