Saw a business recently that was better than SaaS. Free raw material. Do almost nothing for 30 days. Process on the last day. Sell with more demand than supply. Seriously thinking about it.

Solomon asked if I had written a book. I laughed and said no. He countered with β€œyou should.” . That’s one of the best compliments I could receive from an entrepreneur.

Here's a funny thing to try. Take a post that's gated for paid subs but has a preview. Copy the preview, paste it into, generative AI like Claude or ChatGPT. Tell it who the post is written by and ask it to finish the post for you. results?. Β―\_(ツ)_/Β―.

Hot take: Sales scripts aren't 'inauthentic.'. You know what's inauthentic? Winging it and sounding like an idiot. Every founder who 'hates selling' thinks they need to be naturally charismatic. Wrong. You need to be systematically effective. Scripts > personality every time.

OpenAI has figured out their moat: Context and memory. Next step is to be extremely generous and open the gates to integrations. Then the blood bath will occur. Businesses built on it will die because of a single API policy/change. Just be prepared, that's all.

Your dev users might be paying for tools out of their own pocket. Why? They want to look great when the company wins. Different incentives. Different payoffs. Perhaps a different pricing model?.

Who has the power?" isn't always obvious. Small org: Dev suggests tool β†’ CTO approves (time pressure).Large org: CTO mandates tool β†’ Dev uses it (security pressure). Different constraints = different power dynamics.
