My thoughts are in the link below on enduring a 5 year case against @bankofireland @BankofIrelandUK for sexual harassment. I hope my story helps someone else. https://t.co/oBzva4IHHB

For the last two days in a row, 2 TUV politicians have been somehow unable to say my name during discussion on immigration on @BBCTalkback and @BBCgmu. Allow me to assist, lads: Hi @JimAllister, hi @TGastonMLA - it's Sinéad; much easier to say than 'previous contributor' 🙂

So much about the immigration and asylum system is just completely unknown to people day to day. Some examples:

Natasha McNicholl stood up at Bank of Ireland, and as a result BOI implemented a "Dignity at Work" programme across the company in 2017 so that managers knew procedures for dealing with sexual harassment. However, BOI failed to implement recommendations of an independent report.

This is woman #3 who was sexually harassed by the same male employee of Bank of Ireland in N Ireland. Or at least the third woman who made a complaint which was upheld by the company, there may have been more. The harasser had been moved between branches by BOI. Her story 👇

@natcarrose @EqualityCommNI @talktoBOI I've read your judgment Natasha, seems to me BOI put you in the pool at the start of your career knowing fine well there was a shark in the pool, because they'd put it there. Can't believe there were only three women affected, but presumably your legal reps investigated that.

@natcarrose @EqualityCommNI Is that you Natasha? You should be so proud for challenging this serial pest and protecting other women in future, you shouldn't have needed a Tribunal and you'd expect a huge state-part-owned bank to have done the right thing sooner. You are a hero! 🎖️

Natasha McNicholl is the woman who had to take Bank of Ireland to tribunal after being sexually harassed by a BOI manager who had a history of such behaviour at several N Ireland branches. Natasha, supported by @EqualityCommNI had to fight to publicise the case. Hero!

Today the British Government made it clear that victims don’t matter to them. They have cruelly decided to cover up their conflict role in Ireland forever. As always, Britain’s interests come before everything else. They care nothing for victims or for truth & justice.
