Consumer bills cannot sustain this level of unchecked growth indefinitely. Should these project all be in the formula rate if there is little or no oversight?.

S&P: Transmission rate base grows by >9% for third consecutive year, flowing through FERC’s formula rates into consumer monthly bills. Are these projects getting adequate scrutiny for need and cost by state regulators?.
