@Nuriwa_J Yes majority of Malaysians speak BM but it doesn’t unite us becoz to the non-Malay it’s the Malay language that was forced upon them. The ideology behind BM is non-Malay must respect BM because it’s the law. This creates resentment. Sg gov understands this thus they pick English.
