The only way out seems to be COD. Pay in advance, and while Amazon India apologizes profusely for mistake(s), it is miserly in giving refunds. For pickups for refunds, they give you a 15-hour window: 7am to 10pm. Drop everything, stay at home. Or else. Nice!
