so now we have built-in rate limiters in on-chain protocols?.
When i look at the code for this new hyperliquid one-way bridge thing, the abyss stares back. Using a for loop *just to waste gas* is fine I guess. but doing it inside a *precompile* on a chain with a 2 million block gas limit? That's certainly not in the bible.

the current permissions by @claude_code seem very limited, at least at first glance. e.g. an allow rule for "Bash(find:*)" would allow this:.`find . -exec rm {} \;`. the model itself refuses to run this obvious case, but what about more obfuscated cases?.

if you have ethui as well, you automatically get local ABI decoding. meaning you can quickly interact with any contracts, without setting up cumbersome verifiers or other tools. just anvil + forge + ethui, and you're good to go.

What I like straight out of the box from @EverySmartHome:.– Quality case I can open without breaking anything.– Extra GPIO for whatever I want.– Standard, documented hardware.– Somehow skipped UK->EU customs (a first for me). Already a strong start.

Just got my Everything Presence Sensor. Haven’t plugged it in yet, but shoutout to @EverySmartHome for ticking all the boxes on open source home hardware. Feels solid, well-designed, and built for people who actually want to understand and extend what they own.

TIL: browser extensions have strict limits on background activity, and will be shutdown when idle. using a ping is not reliable, since tabs are also throttled when idle. what an eisenbug this was. in dev mode it doesn't happen, only a warning is logged.

Working with testnets sucks:. - No gas.- No cheatcodes.- Bad RPCs.- Can’t hide contracts. So we’re fixing that.
