Dear @drjohnm regarding your most recent podcast: if a patient p TAVI happens to have received a pacer in vain, ie Vp<1%, I would recommend to have it explanted. By this you kinda eat the cake and have it, albeit at cost of two procedures. Thoughts? @theheartorg
