❇ Guided by Fijian youth experiences, we underscore the importance of addressing existing health and social inequities in #climate and #disaster #governance. We offer four key implications for reducing youth SRHR risks through multi-level and whole-of-society approaches.

Participants used illustrative and storytelling methods to highlight the #intersecting factors that increase disaster risks to SRHR, including food and economic insecurity, daily risks to their bodies, health, and rights, and the gate-keeping of SRHR knowledge in communities.

⚠ We found that irrespective of the type of hazard, limited youth SRHR #agency was the main challenge that increased disaster risks for youth SRHR.
