If you've heard it once, you've heard it hundreds of times: Ben Shelton needs to find a way to play every week on tour the way he plays the majors. He devours the B-5 format. Looking dangerous.

Sinner will likely have to deal with Shelton in the QFs. Everything lining up well for Novak at the moment.

Djokovic has played better opposition than Sinner has through 3 rounds and has not had any problems. Looking good.

This is why it will be hard to pick every non-Sabalenka match in Week 2. The pressure of knowing how big a chance this is could produce some erratic performances across the board. #INNERGAME.

2024 Roland Garros: Sabalenka felled by fitness/health against Andreeva. 2025 Wimbledon: Krejcikova conquered by fitness/health against Navarro. A real shame.

IS HAPPY LEARNING HOW TO PUTT?. Swiatek looks confident on grass, and Rybakina is out of the draw. Are we seeing a transformation at SW(iatek)19?.

Krejcikova is bending over after nearly every point. Navarro struggling to keep the ball in play. It's a mess.

Krejcikova breathing heavily. It's a big lift for her, given that she is still in the process of playing her way into fitness. Navarro gave her a lifeline in that 4th game of set 3.

Navarro, serving *2-1 in the third, decides to trade slices with Krejcikova, for reasons unknown. Related: Krejcikova breaks back for 2-2.

Swiatek looked comfortable in that first set. She is a great mover. She knows how to use short, choppy steps. In many ways, it's puzzling she hasn't been better on grass to this point. Many tools are there. (A huge serve is the one conspicuous limitation.).

Navarro takes Krejcikova to a third. The American should be the physically fitter player here. Krejcikova will likely need pinpoint serves and shorter points.

RT @TrentonJocz: Either Krejcikova becomes the first woman not named Williams to repeat here since 1996 Graf or there will be a first time….

Rybakina does have a major title at least, but there are some strong Nicole Vaidisova vibes otherwise. .

That loss to Krejcikova last year at Wimbledon felt like the kind of shattering blow an athlete doesn't recover from. One year later, Elena Rybakina hasn't recovered from it.
