A few years later I came out as a chaser once I figured myself out. Its a never ending process of correcting people when they make assumptions about what I like or why I am with the people I am with. It is now equally as important to me that I proudly announce that I am a chaser.

Fort Lauderdale - Mostly guys 50+ in my experience. Pretty friendly. Pretty easy to get laid so long as you are into older guys. The bars are comfortable, low-key and casual. Must have a car to travel, though.

Washington, D.C. - Some very hot locals, Pretty sex positive attitudes. A lot of guys in the surrounding suburbs that are willing to drive to you. You do have to deal with a lot of pretense that comes with them.
Also a heavy dose of tourists looking to get laid at all times.

Minneapolis - Some hot guys, but not that many. Generally not as sex positive as other places. It seems like nobody can host. The guys are very friendly, and the bars are fun and pretty welcoming to all.

Physically? Face, Belly, Ass Legs, in that order. Otherwise I find that chubby guys generally have more interesting ways to look at life, have a better sense of humor and don't take themselves too seriously, which I adore.

Chasers have to go on two coming out journeys. First they have to come out as gay, which has gotten easier over the years. Secondly they have to come out as a chaser, which has not gotten any easier over the years. That journey can take varying amount of time

For some situations, alot of guys we hook up with are uncomfortable with us touching parts of them they are insecure about. So we learn to not do that because we are afraid it might make them uncomfortable. Believe me, chasers want to touch the belly!

I think people are passionate because these events mean so much to them. So many of them plan trips and weekends around them. So cancelling a few days out with no explanation can make people feel slighted.

The same way you would approach anyone. Introduce myself, tell them they are handsome, and then ask them questions!
It depends on what my goal is, though. To be friends? To date? To hookup with? I try to be very upfront with people regardless.
