I’ve been sick for almost 2 weeks and I honestly miss going to the gym more than anything. Finally went to urgent care because I was like I can take care of this myself and it’s not that serious. I was wrong…I was very wrong. I have a sinus infection.

Just wanted to give an update to where I am at, I’m currently down to 217.7 from 285.4 (I didn’t have the scale at the time and was a estimated measurement I put in but I was WAY off) my health is so much better and I can do back bends again! Thanks to my DC fam and #redteamfit!
