The armrest didn’t open without pushing it a certain way – a defect I flagged earlier. In Sept, my 7-yr-old daughter tried opening it normally & the handle broke. Now I’m being told to pay AED 6000. Why should a known fault be blamed on me? I expect accountability. #Mercedes

Dear @MercedesBenz @GargashMercedes, I’m extremely disappointed with how my warranty claim was handled. My 2023 EQS 450 SUV had a faulty center armrest mechanism, reported in Aug 2025. Despite acknowledging the issue then, your team now refuses warranty, blaming external damage
