It's come to my attention that many people have often mistaken or can't tell my design was originally Chenle. I did some editing to change his hair so its brown instead of black hair like Mark and Haechan. This will be the new design for the Chenle's charms.

I understand it takes a bit to figure out who a member is because not all likeness carries over easily to drawing but saying things like "This doesn't look like him at all." Is quite rude and hurtful. I'm trying my best and I'll try to make it easier for people in the future.

Yes! But EU buyers are responsible for paying VAT themselves whenever their packages arrive in the country. I have no control over VAT and don't collect it in my store. Besides that there should be no problem shipping to EU
