Can't the US engage Africa as a partner and not as a proxy!. Africa cannot be used to counter China or any other nation deemed their enemy. Nelson Mandela once said your enemies must not be our enemies🫴

Uganda🇺🇬 is the second largest coffee producers in Africa. Uganda exported 35,000 bags of coffee to China🇨🇳 just in march 2025 compared to 33,000 bags it exported in the entire 2018. Uganda is among 33 African nations that benefits from China's zero tariffs since December 2024🫴

The second largest hydro-electric dam in Africa will be Mambilla in Nigeria🇳🇬. It's also funded by a $5 billion loan secured from Exim Bank of China🇨🇳. Upon completion, Mambilla will be generating 3,050 meggawatts🫴

China is funding the construction of the largest hydro-electric dam in Angola🇦🇴. The 2,172 meggawatts Caculo- Cabaca will be the third largest dam in Africa. China🇨🇳 spent about $5 billion, it is expected to be commissioned in 2026🫴
