So sorry to highlight the ongoing problems @united but how is it possible that no one figured out that the two rear toilets won’t flush just as we were about to push back, and this airplane has been on the ground for at least 3 hours? Curious pax would love to know.

Dear @united we’ve been on this airplane flight 1504 at EWR for 4.5 hours. Well past the DOT domestic 3-hour limit. Why are we still here?

Yet another example of the utter uselessness of hangar foam fire-suppression systems, which have saved maybe a handful of aircraft and have actually killed people. They should be banned.
