People with intersex conditions - or more accurately, differences of sex development (DSD) are royally fed up with being used as a transgender ‘gotcha’. They have complex medical needs, and are all either male or female. DSDs are nothing to do with gender and are not an identity.

No it’s really not. Where did you get that idea? DSDs are all chromosomal variations which cause physical differences. Gender dysphoria does not manifest physically.
