I had tears in my eyes not doing the half marathon this year, but I am so happy I made the healthy decision to run the 10km instead!.I got to appreciate a new side of the marathon & I LOVED IT!! It was fun & my knees are thanking me!! S/O to healthy decisions. #KigaliMarathon2025

I appreciate that a news outlet is aware that ppl globally are on different time zones. Btwn time zones + algorithms + targeted ads you can sit & discuss news w/friends and feel like you all live in different worlds these days 😩. You have to do the work to find & mine the news.

The last two years I vowed to never ever run the Kigali Half Marathon again… I wanted to rest my knees. Then every year right about this time I forget and get the urge to go get a bib and lace up. 😩😩😩 it is so irresistible. #KigaliMarathon2025.
