Please forward. Perhaps VW will take.Customer service seriously! @VWcanada @PatForanCTVNews .We’ve reported a screeching sound backing up since 2021 when the car was barely a year old. Rear brakes replaced in 2023 & all regular maintenance done including recalls @ the dealership!.
This is unbelievable. Bushings should be replaced between 80 000 and 100 O00 “miles”. This is at 81000km! @VWcanada @VW @ConsumerReports I’ve own cars well beyond 140 000 km and never needed these replaced! Does this make sense to anyone??.

Has anyone had an issue with control arm bushings in a VW? We have a 19 Jetta w/just 81k on it. We've had to replace back brakes and now front rotors are pitted as well. Seems ridiculous for such a low mileage car. Any insights?.@VWcanada @ConsumerReports @Transport_gc.
