We have been traveling around the world to learn how different countries celebrate around this time of year. We've been collecting souvenirs along the way and today we stopped in Russia! We read, "The Littlest Matryoshka" (a must-read) and made our own nesting dolls.

Yesterday began the 12 Days of Christmas Kindness! Each day brings a new good deed. Yesterday's deed: smiling at as many people as you can! Those who did, got to trim Santa's beard this morning. Here's hoping for some short Santa beards before Christmas break! #KindnessMatters
