Today we explored the art of caching - we pretended we were squirrels hiding nuts to store for winter 🐿️ On our walk, Ss were challenged to hide their “nut” using a landmark that would remind them were they put it, so they would relocate it on the way back! @ocsbMrsWilson

We are thinking about #’s in different ways in this subitizing #mathUP activity. Ss used popsicle sticks to represent different amounts - we noticed when they were arranged in familiar shapes we could determine the amount of sticks used without counting. #ocsbKindergarten

With Halloween around the corner, we set out to make skeletons using nature parts! We got creative using sticks, pine cones, and rocks 🩻 and yes, our hands were sticky from all the pine gum after this 😅 @MichaelFitzOCSB
