Camping fun!

Camping day has begun! We pitched our tents and now we are working on our camp fires!

Our reading buddies organized a track and field event for us! They were such amazing leaders! We had so much fun!

We played many songs using the boomwhackers today.

Today we learned about different levels of movement in dance.

This morning we tried our hand at frisbee. Ask your child about the techniques they learned.

Today in Science we are learning about parts of the human body and how they help us. We are drawing a model to label.

We checked on our experiment today. We were trying to find out if the sun would have any effect on the paper we hung in a sunny window. We were amazed at the strength of the sun's energy!

We have been learning about the negative effects of too much screen time. The students suggested many alternative activities to being on screens.

Today in dance we learned about different body shapes!

We went outside to hunt for living things. When we returned to class we discussed how we know something is alive. Ask your child about the characteristics of living things.
