Fantastic to see. I visited Budapest & Prague just before the wall came down. Budapest was dark, gloomy & sad. I stayed with an old lady in a majestic flat. Pipes ran along the drawing room walls & thumped all night. The only place where people seemed happy & free were the baths.
The most uplifting architectural revival happening today is in Budapest.
The city is reclaiming its identity after decades of communist rule.
