The best way to stop judges preventing you from breaking the law is to stop trying to break the law.

@mrjamesob Indeed. Just like, the best way to avoid being condemned for breaching human rights is to avoid breaching human rights.

@mrjamesob Yep. That works
Lords defeated government 4 times on the #IllegalMigrationBill last night. #GreenJennyJones telling the Minister that his policies, are not the will of the people. "The only decent thing to do is... don't break any more laws" #Rwanda #SuellaBraverman

@mrjamesob Its performative. They know full well that their Rwanda scheme is unworkable but they like to be seen to be “tough on immigration”. They get the headlines they want but someone else gets the blame for the failure of the policy.

@mrjamesob They’ve bought in to their own lies so much so they genuinely think it’s an humane practice to shirk our international responsibilities and treat refugees and immigrants like they’ve got the plague

@mrjamesob @POCX100 When a politician says they can break the law in an emergency, they will create an emergency in order to break the law.

@mrjamesob Reports that Sunak is to jettison Braverman next week. Yet again, missing the opportunity to gain most political capital weeks ago and inevitably finding a mutiny on his hands with no benefit. I think the guy is just rubbish at politics. Like, really rubbish.

@mrjamesob The best way to stop leftwing judges interfering with your Country’s border security is to ignore them and deport illegals ASAP ..

@mrjamesob Tim Montgomery thinks we should just replace them with judges who will do as they're told.

@mrjamesob @Charl_H79 The best way to stop judges from being corrupt and beholden to shady christofascist groups is to impeach their asses off the court.

@mrjamesob The law breaking xenophobic Pirates in charge refuse to understand that the Civil Service, "Lefty" lawyers, the High Courts and the Blob etc are advising/instructing them to stay within the law but they're Pirates and they don't care about that wokery. Is Sue Ellen for the chop?

@mrjamesob Or, like our mature government, scream and scream, until they are sick. Actually, they are nauseous.

@mrjamesob To obvious is that. Bravermanns supposed to be a lawyer. Wouldn’t pay her in rubber washers.

@mrjamesob Wonder how they’d take being told “if they have nothing to hide, they have nothing to fear…”

@mrjamesob Jake Berry might be top of the class of boneheads in response to the court. Basically claimed equivalent of if parliament voted to execute an individual, the courts and the law would step aside for said person to be executed.

@mrjamesob Is that the same law that we 'took back control of'? Notable in the media the Tories want to exit from the ECHR and want people to hate it. You have to have a special mind to want to hate human rights.
