Week 3 was awesome! 😊 things are happening like: collaborative planning, morning team huddles, support for our 👨‍🏫👩‍🏫 who are experiencing personal challenges, D.E.A.R., counselor introductions, and 🥎 games. @LGMS_HCS

Total Participation Techniques PD is happening @LGMS_HCS. We modeled strategies for teachers, so we could experience learning from our 👨‍🎓👩‍🎓perspective. Excited to see our teachers implement TPT with students! 😊

⁦Our ⁦@RandolphDolphin⁩ 🧑‍🧑‍🧒‍🧒 had an over the top time at our parent and family engagement 🦹‍♂️🦸‍♀️ Mighty Math Night! Our super 👩‍🏫👨‍🏫 went above and beyond to show our parents strategies they can use at home to support 👩‍🎓👨‍🎓 in math!

It’s critical for the development of math 👩‍🎓👨‍🎓 to use math manipulatives because it helps them 👀 their errors and find solutions. In PLCs we plan engaging activities that will challenge our students’ 🤔. Productivity struggle is essential to student achievement.@RandolphDolphin
