Today is All Women's #EqualPayDay. In most Southern states, the wage gap is worse than the national average. And for women of color, it's worse yet. Equal Pay Day falls later for women who are: AAPI: April 3 Black: July 9 Moms: August 7 Latina: October 3 Indigenous: November 21
