Dear @onepeloton, after your latest support message to me, it's clear you do NOT want me as a paying customer. Telling me I have to wait to my next billing cycle, 1/9, to upgrade my membership? I'm down to 1 class available. You suck.

At my wits end with @onepeloton support. I'm TRYING to upgrade my membership but the app/Google Play aren't letting me. Peloton, reference ticket "ref:!00D150kWYQ.!5006O02CkEsK:ref". At this point, I don't know if I even WANT to be a Peloton member anymore. So frustrated.
