Lieferadresservice gerade am Telefon: Nein, das Paket ist immer noch bei uns. Hat niemand geholt, und 08:31 war auch niemand hier. Kann ja wohl alles nicht wahr sein. Das Paket wartet EINEN MONAT, dass Ihr es mal mitnehmt. Ich kann es nicht fassen. 3/3

Das geht jetzt schon im ganzen 4 Wochen und ist echt unfassbar mühsam. Zuletzt schlug die Abholung fehl, weil Absender/Adresse unbekannt. Ist aber am selben Ort, wo der Eingang schon mal erfasst wurde, und der Abholauftrag war von Eurem Team gemacht… 2/2
