What they're doing isn't right. You can't tell me this hasn't been brought up, somewhere. They're just raking in extra payments they don't deserve to have. Google/YouTube is a huge corporation. They can't just say 'Not it!'

Their Community Forums, and even Google AI basically says "Sorry, bro. Take it up with your bank". There is absolutely no way, in today's data driven society, they wouldn't be able to find the account linked to her bank account and cancel the service.

They say 'we can't delete an account on their (the owner's) behalf'. But they're also not giving any customer support to solve the problem, and here's the kicker: they just keep the money from the service they won't help you cancel because you can't get into your account.

They're well aware of the issue of not being able to cancel Premium because of not being able to access an account, because it's been brought up in their Community Forums. All help links lead back to: sign in. Which is the problem in the first place.

@TeamYouTube Hallo! They're a senior and not on social media, so they can't. The form isn't applicable. She didn't realize she's been paying for two accounts. She wants to close the one out, but she can't access it. We think we know the gmail, it's attached to, but can't get in.
