Stat of the day from @MoneyfactsNews The number of mortgage products fell from 5,222 in March to 2,566 - with largest drop in 95% loans. This could improve now surveyors can visit homes following market reopening - my piece below -otherwise first-time buyers could be shut out!

On Wednesday 13th May 2020 the UK Government announced that estate agents were permitted, under strict guidelines, to recommence their activities. Therefore, from Monday 18th May 2020 our offices will be manned by a skeleton staff. Full statement here
