Rabies alert in Virginia: A Henrico County cat, described as a “companion outdoor cat,” tested positive for rabies following an incident where it scratched its owner.

“‘Recently, maybe like a week ago, these two dogs showed up on campus and they took out our entire colony that we would feed,’ said Hali Harrison, a Feral Cat Society member.” Now the students want the dogs caught and removed… so feral cats won’t be eviscerated. Ironic, right?
