This summer will be performing A Series of Public Apologies (in Response to an Unfortunate Incident in the School Lavatories) by John Donnelly, 2-9 Aug 2024.
Venue 21, C Aquila, Edinburgh
Joined March 2015
Presented by the young actors from @mortonplayers, it's a funny, knowing, but in many ways deeply serious satire of the lifecycle of an internet scandal. Fine ensemble work brings out the humour and keeps the energy high. Much recommended, and an oh-so-doable lunchtime timeslot.

’Apologies’ cast with John Donnelly (who wrote the show). He was in Edinburgh and came along and loved it! Great fringe moment for us.

Last performance of both shows done! Dr Faustus had a packed audience. Everyman best audience numbers too…it was VERY hot but a great end to the Fringe experience.

And Doctor Faustus at @Cvenues. This is young theatre at its best - a perky retelling of a classic tale, with several stand-out performances and some fine audience engagement. Just a short run sadly, so your last chance is tomorrow.

I liked Doctor Faustus so much I went to see @mortonplayers’ second piece, Everyman, this morning. It’s every bit as good - funny and creative, but with a touching message to finish on - an invigorating start to a day at the Fringe. The future of theatre is in safe hands.
