Millie K in Year 11 was chosen as the winner of this week’s Northamptonshire & North Oxfordshire ‘Character Caught’ initiative. This is a truly outstanding achievement, especially as Millie was selected from over 7,000 students across our cluster.

Today is WOW Day! - Fun WOW Day activities in every lesson with prizes to be won and bonus golden tickets! - Special WOW Day Menu - Staff Lip Sync Battle at lunch time - PRIZES, PRIZES, PRIZES

Last Friday we supported World Mental Health Day by wearing something yellow. It was lovely to see the school looking bright and raising money for a good cause.

Evan S and Oscar C (Y11) won the Cadet's orienteering and Radio communication exercise completing the challenge in 24 mins - almost 10 minutes faster than all other teams. An excellent example of Pledge 5.

Today Mr Baines had the pleasure of listening to more Year 7 students attempt the pledge challenge with all of them managing to recite all five pledges, word perfectly. Well done everyone!

Eleanor B (Y9) competed at the IDTA Midlands Ballroom and Sequence Dance Qualifiers and came 1st in the under 16 Classical Sequence, and 3rd in the under 16 Ballroom. This means she has qualified to represent the Midlands at the Nationwide Finals again in 2026 at Blackpool.

Madelyn E (Y9) was awarded Player of the Match on Sunday. The Mawsley Tigers took on a strong Cambridge City side on Saturday, playing the fixture on Montsaye’s astro.​ The coach commended her confidence and communication, helping Tigers to hold Cambridge to a 1-1 draw.

SUCCESSES IN 7ATH​ Theo J has been awarded Manager’s Player of the Month for Aztec U12 team.​ Sophia W will be taking her Grade One Piano Exam next month. Best of luck to you!

Elspeth B, is doing a 10k Charity Walk for Cancer Research on 18th October. So far, along with her auntie and mum they have raised £618.

Cross-Country​ - Mr. Wing is looking to assemble our amazing cross-country team for their upcoming district event. ​Students can speak to Mr. Wing (or tutors can send names) to show their interest. All students from Year 7 through to Year 13 can be nominated for team selection.
