The key to it in my opinion/ experience is removing your feelings to focus on your child’s/children! It’s complicated and every situation is different but doing what best for them aligns a lot of other things ! I’m also big on communication not control ! However this takes TWO

I still have greens I just prepare them differently!! I actually had some incredible vegan Mac and cheese but my family ain’t going lol 😂 they ate ox tails in front of me last family day LOL

Thank YOU! That meant alot ! I have had it a bit rough but things have been really great since I changed the way I eat and sleep! As well as consistent therapy / recovery !!! This vegan life is TOUGH 😩 but I’ve seen great changes !

I honestly try not to mention it because I have taken so much time working on it that it frustrates some and that’s by no means my intention ! I will say it taps deeply into all my life’s experiences ! Lyrically especially but in many ways! Plenty soul but also so moments some
