🇬🇹 In rural Guatemala, Yolanda Ventura Yaxon, Academic and STEM Coordinator at MAIA Impact School redesigned curriculum to center girls’ voices and experiences. Her leadership helped students achieve exam pass rates far above the national average.

🇨🇴 In Colombia, librarian Dionisia helped 13-year-old Camila read her first poem aloud. Camila went from deep self-doubt to shouting with joy: “I did it! I did it!” Teachers unlock confidence.

🇮🇳 In Uttar Pradesh, Pinku Yadav, trained in SHEF's girls' empowerment program, intervened when a 7th grader was pulled from school for marriage. He counselled her father, enlisted her brother, and brought her back to class. One teacher changed her future.

🇬🇲 In The Gambia, Mama Kujabi started with 1 sewing machine + 1 student. Today, with Mona's support, her Starfish Skills Center serves 200+ young women with accredited training in tailoring, hospitality & more. Education = liberation.

🇵🇦 In Panama, Dionel Flores persevered to reach his dream, rising from Badi School janitor to 4th grade teacher. Now, with a decade of experience, he teaches with one core belief: “Without values in society, we are nothing.”
