This was a nice dream. I sent my number and they called! I talked to a person! Now after 30m on WhatsApp,,,I was ghosted! Seriously @FlyBrusselsAir_ is this the first time this has ever happened.

They seem to have told people who live in in NYC to go home. Guys this must be the fist time a flight has ever been cancelled.

Our flight still shows delayed but we are told it is cancelled…so it seems a computer is holding us hostage because we can’t be rebooked…and there are seats. As a guy just said next to me “someone just needs to push the button”.

We could rebook and make connections but we need humans and basic facts like “cancelled” or delayed seem lost to you for over 3 hours.

.@FlyingBrussels there 100 people in line for a flight you cancelled but your call center doesn’t seem to know is cancelled. To rebook we have to get bags but there is no one at your desk.
