In AI, building isn’t the moat. Consistently building, adapting, and iterating over time, that’s the real moat. One group talks about what AI could do. The other ships what it can do. Talk less. Ship more. That’s how you win.

Slow thinking. Most opinions are reflexes, not reflections. In group decisions, the fastest answer often wins not the best one. The real insight comes from sitting with the problem long enough for the noise to fade.

I miss the depth in music. CDs had it, every layer, every detail. Streaming is not having that layers. What if we brought back CD-quality audio or better?. #AudioQuality #SoundMatters @arrahman #musictech.

The power of a designer lies in their ability to face countless rejections and still push forward with conviction.

Traffic is frustrating at times, but at least you’re going somewhere. Unproductive meetings, on the other hand, are like being stuck with no progress, and nothing moving forward.

AI is building faster than ever. Humans still have taste, trust, and first-principles thinking, but for how long?. Will AI stay a tool?.

People often say voice is the next big thing, but let’s take a step back. While voice interactions have made progress, they still require users to be trained. Unlike typing – where you can refine…

“Limit the details.” Jack Dorsey’s philosophy isn’t about oversimplifying, it’s about focusing on what truly matters. Twitter worked because it forced clarity. The best products, respect this principle. Still learning to apply this.

I’m wondering, does teaching tell us what to think or give us tools to think with? Schools enforce patterns, but real learning is mixing what makes sense with what we know. Without teaching, do we just rediscover old ideas? Maybe we learn the rules first, then break them.

The Paradox of Personalization: The better a system knows you, the smaller your world becomes. Comfort isn’t growth. The best systems don’t just reflect who you are; they reveal who you could be.

Fresh, dynamic design is good but rarely builds habits. Predictable design feels boring, but it works. Boring isn’t ugly, it’s clean, structured, and effortless. It doesn’t demand attention. And that’s why users keep coming back.

Designers don’t sell. They show. If it’s good, it sells itself. Ego on either side kills it. Openness refines it.

Young designers and product people often focus on isolated features. Real progress comes from understanding how everything fits together. Build systems that evolve.

AI and deep tech are rewriting ads. Systems that listen. They decode needs, not demographics. Ads shift from selling to self discovery. The key? Make it feel like your idea. A jacket ad as rain clouds gather. Invisible ads. Intuitive relevance. Trust.

AI Eats UI - Naval. Why tap buttons when AI knows your next move? Why scroll when it serves your desires? Why choose when it chooses for you? . The future: No clutter. Just anticipation. The best interface is the one that disappears.

Design is more than how things look. It’s the unseen work of bringing clarity and purpose to every detail.
