In girth, Octavia is measuring 53 inches round, 3 inches rounder than yesterday. We still anticipate her bloom to be sometime in the first week of August (whenever she decides)! 🌱.

🚨 CORPSE FLOWER UPDATE 🚨. Octavia has officially surpassed her 2023 bloom height of 83 inches and now stands at 86.5 inches (7 ft. 2.5 inches) tall! Her growth has slowed to an additional 4.5 inches from yesterday which is a sign that her bloom day is getting closer.

🚨 CORPSE FLOWER UPDATE 🚨. Octavia now stands 77 inches tall, an additional 7 inches from yesterday. She's grown a total of 44 inches since she revealed her spadix last Monday, July 21!. In girth, Octavia now measures at 48 inches round, adding 3 more inches to her circumference

🚨 CORPSE FLOWER UPDATE 🚨. Octavia measured 57 inches tall this morning, an additional 6.6 inches from yesterday. Fun fact: our horticulture team has been monitoring Octavia’s girth which has increased 3 inches each day for the past two days! She now measures 38 inches round.
