So I had an 18% (predatory?) car loan with @SantanderBankUS . @Chase offered me 8% to refinance . Jumped at it, only Chase haven't paid off the original loan. So now I have two loans on the same car, one at 18%, one at 8%, and each bank keeps directing me to the other. 🤣.
