Coaches Should Always Aid In Balancing The Scale Or Tilt it Over To The POSTIVE Side For The CULTURE Of Your School. They Should Help RUN The School, COACHES Are Usually The Most RESPECTED In The Bldg, If They Are Doing It RIGHT And FAIR!!! Especially FOOTBALL COACHES! Woooooooo.
People may not like this but I try my best to deal in reality. And the reality is, a good athletic department—and specifically the football team—is the front porch of your high school. Principals need to support their coaches, not make life difficult for them.
