I expected media to report this the same way they did to Germany and Belgium floods...but am totally disappointed๐... Or because it is in Africa ๐บ๐ฌ
@mnyomb1
The north side of the world think that such events are usual in the south side, so they are used to manage them, so it's not so catastrophic.
A lot of thoughts for the people who are suffering these damages! Stay safe ๐ค

You may not like my comment, but the truth is you cannot love another kind more than yourself. You cannot expect a foreigner to push your agenda more than yourself.
The earlier Africans began doing stuffs themselves rather than depending on the outside world the better.
@cknsson
You maybe right but this is a global Crisis.... It's not agenda if you saw what happened in Germany,Belgium, Bangladeshi and India... What's new and why do you call it agenda.
Media should stop being selective on what to report.. period
@mnyomb1
Unfortunately media is favourable to nations that are exposed to wider social media, tabloids, TV etc as it gains more revenue.
Media will not expose other nations in the same depth, detail & reporting.
@mnyomb1
And the US media took several days to report on the European floods. And have yet to report on the ones in Oman. I'm not surprised anymore by the terribly provincial attitude, as if news only happens in US.
@mnyomb1
I'm so sorry for you in Africa. We don't hear about that in Germany. It's terrifying what's going on in the world right now. Take Care of Yourself God will protect you and your family. ๐โค
