What a difference a year makes! Last Year - 4:19.12 (37 mins slower) This Year - 3:46.01 PB (9 mins, BPL Mara) 500+ miles training block, started at Christmas, varying runs, sticking to plan. Mile 21 today, got cramp so changed plan to finish! Now for more cramp! ๐๐
