Servers are joined to #Azure Active Directory (#AAD), so cloud-only accounts can log onto. Azure Active Directory == Entra ID == servers #Entra ID joined? The Azure Active Directory #Domain Services would also mean the cloud-only accounts, wouldn't it?.
