Cynical strike on civilians in #Ternopil. Russia hit two residential buildings were critically damaged: one caught fire, the other suffered destruction from the 3rd to the 9th floor. 10 people have been killed, 37 injured, including 12 children.

25 people are confirmed dead (including 3 children) and 92 injured, among them 18 children. Rescuers have saved 46 people, including 7 children. Volunteers delivered food and essential supplies, and a field kitchen is now operating. Caritas is here, standing with people in need.
