This is much more than making streaming services affordable. People want to be able to watch shows/films across streaming services. They also want one order, one bill. To the extent that it helps streamers acquire or retain subscribers, and is a good package of programming,

Very compelling perspective from @jaredhecht
Our real-life networks are buried in messaging applications. They’re the important groups in our lives that are stuck in WhatsApp, groupme, telegram and discord. They deserve better. These form factors are outdated and it’s time for a mega upgrade.
