Agreeing and buying in are different imo. I’m sure they weren’t jumping for joy that their friends/co-workers were sent off. You can tell by the posts/re-tweets alone. It’s business though which I’m sure they understand. And at least one party seems happier so that’s a win.
One other note:. For those concerned about Paige Bueckers/Arike Ogunbowale and any potential negative reaction to the moves: the star players of the Wings were involved in these conversations. These moves were not made in a vacuum. The vision has been cast and the core is.

I’m glad that she has other people around her that pour into her. Like she said the other day, her value isn’t determined by the coach, lineup, points she scores, etc. She knows who she is and what she brings.
