Preparing for the Open is Under way no place like it!

The GREATEST difference I've noticed in my 25+yrs of coaching, when it comes to the difference between good & great, isn't found in their skill level, but rather in their ability to stay positive under pressure, control their emotions, and believe in themselves no matter what. 💯

The gap between where you are now and where you want to be essentially comes down to these 3 things: 1) The amount of time & work you’re willing to put in. 2) The level of belief you have in yourself. 3) Your ability to overcome failure and learn from it. #ChampionMindedLeader

Being a coach or teacher isn’t easy. You work longer hours than you get paid for. You get judged & criticized by people who aren’t even qualified or in the know. You at times get blamed for poor results, but still keep optimistic & excited about what you do—RESPECT!
